i have seen on other blogs how they share information on this back to back on which most of them are wrong while some are confused and not even detailed as they gave out different methods, today i have decided to share a detailed new method on how to activate MTN magic sim, so take your time to read through this tutorial.

for those who used this MTN magic sim some years back, they know what you are capable of downloading, it was unlimited and we enjoyed it till mtn spoiled the fun, but now it is back and better and VPN apps can now rest.

Procedures on how to activate mtn magic sim

-first of all if you are on any MTN plan i will advice you migrate to ipulse, you can do that by dialing *406#

-either load or transfer #250 worth of airtime to the MTN sim

-after the transfer, you dial "*131*1*4*1#"  to subscribe for mtn 2hrs data plan.

-once the money has been deducted from your phone, you switch on your data and browse for 9-10mins. (it must not exceed 10mins)

-after which you switch off your phone and remove the sim for 24hrs 20mins after which you can then re-insert the sim.

-as soon as the sim is inserted in the phone and the phone is turned on, you will get a message from MTN telling you "Yello! your 2hrs 1 day data plan has expired" ignore the message and start browsing for free till they put a stop to it again.

      if your 3G is on, then I think the problem with the speed has to do with your location.

      MTN has scrapped off that plan and stopped people from opting in, use this new method to activate your magic sim.
