Now follow these steps for flashing the ROM
-Wipe data/factory Reset
-Wipe cache Partition
-Mount & Storage/ Format System
-Wipe Dalvik Cache Advance
-Now Go Back
-Install Zip
-Choose Zip From SD Card
-Now Select your Custom ROM which You
 want to Flash
-Then Wait Untill the Finished Installation
-Then Reboot Your Phone

    i ve uploaded a rom for hot note users, comfort rom, it works for both the note and pro, but you ve to change the boot.img for it to work on note.the rom is fully bugless.

    I must confess, this one of the very best rom u av had d privileged to use.. Gud work guys.. Kudos to u all.. I wud av settled 4 comfort rom which happened to be anoda great rom, buh wasn't too satisfied, guess we can't av it all just as my oga enoch said.

    Working for hot note but the bug I noticed is that the microphone is not working. Callers can't hear me except I use an earpiece
