How To Root Tecno Camon C8

Good day camon C8 users, I have Got good news for you guys and it has to do with how to root the tecno camon c8, I have come to discover that a lot of guys go through a lot just so they can root their tecno devices but all to no avail, but today i tell you, your effort will not be in vain cause this will be a success.
but all these wont have been possible without team hovatek, so a big thank you to them.

REQUIREMENTS

>>PC (with internet connection enabled)
>>SP flash tool

HOW TO ROOT THE TECNO  CAMON C8

-Download superSU.zip here then save it to your SD card

-Download TWRP by team hovatek for tecno camon C8 here 

-After downloading, unzip the TWRP then flash recovery.img to the phone using SP flash tool

NB: For those who don't know how to use SP flash tool, pls refer to this link HERE 

-boot the device into TWRP mode by pressing down the power button and volume up simultaneously

- while in TWRP mode, click on choose zip from SD card, select the superSU.zip from the root of your SD  card

-select yes and install, then go back and click on reboot.

Congratulations, your phone has been successfully rooted.
