  • firstly you have to download  --> superSU app.apk, and move it to the internal storage of your gionee m2 or p2 mini device.
  • after that, then you switch off your device and boot into recovery mode, (for those who don't know how to boot into recovery mode, you can do that by pressing and holding the power button and volume down button while your phone is turned off.)
  • while on the recovery mode, choose install and then locate and select the supersu file you want to flash.
  • once the flashing/installation is complete, go back and click on reboot system.
congratulations! your gionee m2 and gionee p2 mini have been successfully rooted, to check and confirm if you have gotten root access, download root checker from playstore.
