Netloop VPN settings for android and PC

-first of all download and install netloop VPN from p0laystore

-launch the app and go to "connection settings".

-tick "enable proxy" and set it as follows
 Proxy host; 10.199.212.2
 Proxy port; 8080

-tick "header tweaking" select "tweak type" and select "host replacement"

-Injection host: web.blackberry.com then go back and click on connect.

For PC users
-download and install simple server.exe

-extract the downloaded file and open the extracted folder, click on simple server.exe and launch it.

-after activation, slot the sim into your modem, connect it to your PC after receiving the welcome to mtn bis message, go to settings on your modem and configure as follows
 APN: web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net
 username and password; web
 Also configure your browser and IDM proxy:127.0.0.1 port; 8080
