-download and install psiphon on your android device

-launch it and set it as follows;

• proxy server; mtnn.mobisafebackup.com%2f%3aa@ or mtnn.mobisafebackup.com
• real proxy type; select "http"
• port; 8080

click on "save" and select "tunnel whole device".

-click on "more options" and select "connect through an HTTP proxy" and also check "use the following settings"

• host address; 10.199.212.2
• port; 8080

To those having problems connecting it without psiphon

-go to settings, click on mobile and configure as follows

• create new apn 
• name; mtn bis
• APN; blackberry.net
• leave the rest empty and click on save.;
