How to power all your android apps using etisalat bis

-download and install psiphon on your android device

-launch it and configure it as the screenshot below

-click on save and click on "tunnel whole device"

-click on handler settings, and configure it as follows
 click on "connect through an http proxy"
 click on "use the following settings"
  host address; 10.71.170.5
  port; 8080

then go back and click on "start"
