How To Fix Storage Issues On Gionee M3 Mini

What is the cause for this storage problem?

the storage problem is been caused by lollipop Api, which is designed to install apps to the internal memory. this was google idea so as to improve security in android phones and as such, when the internal memory gets filled apps are no longer installed, hence the user has to move his/her installed apps to SD so as to free up some space.

NB; this tutorial does not tamper with the partition, it only makes the moving process become automated.

Requirements

-Link2sd
-lucky patcher
-root access

Procedures

- Launch link2sd app and grant it root access

-tap on the icon withb three straight lines "the top lines  are always longer than the lines below" so  it should be the third icon from the top right hand corner

-click on "on interval" this should filter all your apps and leave only those installed in the internal memory.

-now move all the apps especially the ones with big size but with the EXCEPTION of Google playstore, Google play services and your default keyboard.

-now your phone should have enough space allocated for new apps.

-open lucky patcher, grant root access, download and install busy box from playstore and install the binaries along side other necessities it prompts to your device

-tap on "switches" and scrool to the second to the last switch named "Automatically move apps to SD card"tap on it to switch it on.
