now back to business, for this to work, you must deactivate any active etisalat chat pack nor social pack you are on with *343*5*0#.

make sure you have no airtime on your phone and no free mb too.
-go to your device settings and input the following
-name: enochtech eti
-APN: etisalat
-proxy: blank
-port: blank

download psiphon handler here. open it and configure the app as follows
-proxy type: real host
-proxy server: mobile.etisalat.com.ng %.2f%3@41.190.16.160
-real proxy type: default
-real proxy port: 80
click on save to close, then click on 'tunnel whole device' and tick 'i trust this application'
tap on 'more options' and check the box opposite 'connect through an HTTP' and use the following settings below.
-host address: 165.139.179.225
-port: 8080

if it then starts connecting slowly, go to 'more options' and uncheck the box opposite 'connect through an HTTP' then connect.
